Hello and welcome to the first edition of Vision & Rhythm.
I’m Cam aka Downtown Brown: established DJ, aspiring filmmaker, wannabe screenwriter.
I’m currently based in Bondi Beach, Australia but I have also hung out in the UK & USA.
As a recent Media Arts/Communications graduate, I (and many others I assume) am looking for a job. So as I wait patiently and eagerly for the unemployment line to diminish, I have decided to embark on a blogyssey to keep my mind sharp, interest piqued, and creativity rolling. Fundamentally, Vision & Rhythm is my portal for sharing thoughts, feelings, ideas, musings and links about my two main passions in life – Film & Music.
As suggested in some mediocre 80’s baseball/wheat-field flick, if you build it they will come.
So come on down people and bask in the warm glow of the cinema projector, massage your weary bones in the sub-bass bin, or just unhook your eyes & ears and let them go walkabout with Vision & Rhythm
